American Beat is a documentary video collaborative that I co-founded with Elena Oxman in New Haven in 1999. Together we produced three films about the Elm City -- "The New Haven Trilogy" -- as well as a handful of other videos on commission. We are currently re-mastering the "Trilogy" for DVD duplication and it will be available soon.
I continue to produce videos under the name American Beat, working with Stephen Taylor out of Brooklyn. Our most recent work is "Rudolph and Renewal" which was installed in the gallery at the Yale School of Architecture in the fall of 2008.
